Why BlinkInbox

A burner email that respects you

Ready in one click

No account, no form. Click Generate and your address works immediately for 30 minutes. Add a prefix if you want a readable start.

Codes found for you

Verification codes and confirmation links are pulled out of each email, so you copy one chip instead of hunting through the message.

No tracking pixels

Remote images stay blocked until you choose to load them, so senders can’t see when you opened their email.

Safe to open

Emails render in a locked-down frame with scripts disabled, and dangerous attachments such as .exe files are never stored.

Gone when you’re done

The inbox expires on its own and all mail is deleted 24 hours later. Delete it sooner with one click.

Receive-only

Nobody can send mail from a BlinkInbox address, which keeps the service from being used for spam.

How to use a disposable email address

  1. Click Generate inbox at the top of this page and copy the address.
  2. Paste it into the sign-up or download form.
  3. Wait a few seconds: the email appears here automatically, with any verification code shown as a button you can copy.
  4. Open the message to read it or follow its confirmation link. Remote images stay blocked unless you load them.
  5. When you’re done, delete the inbox or simply leave it to expire after 30 minutes.

Developers can create the same inboxes from code, for automated tests and AI agents. See the email testing API and email for AI agents.

FAQ

Temp mail, answered

What is temp mail?
Temp mail is a short-lived email address you can use instead of your real one. It receives email like any inbox, then expires, so newsletters and spam never reach your personal mailbox. It is also called disposable email, burner email, throwaway email or 10 minute mail.
Is this a fake email address?
It is often called a fake email, but it is a real, working inbox: mail sent to it arrives within seconds. What is temporary is the address itself, which expires so nothing links back to you.
Is it like 10 minute mail?
Yes, but longer: a BlinkInbox throwaway email lasts 30 minutes instead of 10, and verification codes are pulled out of each message so you can copy them in one click.
Is BlinkInbox temp mail free?
Yes. The browser inbox needs no account and is free, up to 3 inboxes in any 24 hours.
How long does a temp inbox last?
30 minutes. You can come back to it in the same browser until then. Mail is deleted automatically 24 hours after the inbox expires.
Can someone else read my temp inbox?
No. Anyone who knows the address can send to it, but only the browser that created the inbox can read it, and addresses end in random characters that are impractical to guess.
When shouldn’t I use temp mail?
For anything you need to keep: banking, work, government services or any account you may need to recover later. Once the inbox expires you can’t receive password resets for that account.
Why do some sites reject my address?
Some sites block known disposable email domains. That is their choice; use your real address there, or a custom domain if you are a developer testing your own app.
