Terms of Service
These terms apply to everything at blinkinbox.club: the free browser inbox, developer accounts, the API, the MCP server and any custom domains you connect. By using BlinkInbox you agree to them. If you use it for an organisation, you agree on its behalf.
Who can use BlinkInbox
You must be at least 16 years old. Don’t use BlinkInbox if you’ve been banned from it before.
What the service is
BlinkInbox gives you temporary, receive-only email addresses. Inboxes expire, and their mail is deleted automatically (see the privacy policy for how long). Nobody can send mail from a BlinkInbox address.
Don’t use a BlinkInbox address for anything you need to keep: banking, work, government services, or any account you may need to recover later. Once an inbox expires you can’t receive password resets or other mail sent to it, and we can’t restore it. We’re not responsible for losing access to accounts on other services that you registered with a BlinkInbox address.
Shared-domain addresses
Anyone who knows an address can send mail to it, but only the browser session, API key or connected app that created it can read it. An address on the shared domain is never given to a different account, even after it expires.
Accounts, API keys and connected apps
- Give a real email address you control when you create a developer account, and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account, your API keys and the apps you connect over OAuth. Revoke a key or app from the dashboard if it leaks.
- If you connect an AI agent or other automated tool, you are responsible for what it does with BlinkInbox, as if you had done it yourself. Grant read-only access when the tool doesn’t need more.
- Keep to the limits of your plan. Don’t create extra accounts to get around them.
Acceptable use
Don’t use BlinkInbox to:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- commit fraud, including fake identities, payment fraud, or abusing promotions, referral programmes or free trials;
- evade a ban, or break the terms of the services you sign up for;
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- receive, store or share child sexual abuse material, malware or stolen data;
- try to read inboxes that aren’t yours, guess addresses or tokens, or get around rate limits, quotas or other security controls;
- disrupt or overload the service, or test its security without our written permission;
- resell or offer BlinkInbox as your own service without a written agreement with us.
Using BlinkInbox inside your own automated tests, products and AI agents is fine, as long as what they do follows these terms.
Mail you receive
We don’t check the mail that arrives in your inboxes and aren’t responsible for its content. You are responsible for how you use it. Blocked file types and oversized attachments are not stored. We may remove content, and report it to the authorities, when the law requires it or when we believe it is illegal or harmful.
Reporting abuse and enforcement
If a BlinkInbox address was used against your service or your terms, report it here with the address and the time. Every API and MCP inbox belongs to an account, so we can trace it.
We may limit, suspend or close an account, revoke keys and connected apps, or block an address or domain if we believe these terms were broken or to protect the service, other users or third parties. When it is practical and safe we’ll tell you why. We respond to valid legal requests from authorities; because we delete mail automatically and keep little data, there is often nothing to hand over.
Paid plans
Paid plans are currently arranged with us directly. The price, limits and billing period are those we agree with you in writing. Detailed billing, renewal and refund terms will be published here before self-serve payments launch.
Ending your use
You can stop using BlinkInbox at any time. To delete your developer account and its data, contact us. We may stop offering the free service or a feature at any time; for paid plans we’ll give you reasonable notice.
No warranty
BlinkInbox is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that every email will be delivered or delivered on time, that addresses will be accepted by other services, or that it fits any particular purpose. Don’t rely on it as the only check in a test, a security process or an automated workflow where a missed email would cause harm.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or access to accounts on other services, arising from your use of BlinkInbox or your inability to use it. Our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against us because of how you, or tools acting for you, used BlinkInbox in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim. This doesn’t apply to the extent the claim was caused by us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We’ll change the date at the top, and for material changes we’ll give account holders reasonable notice by email or in the dashboard. If you keep using BlinkInbox after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
Everything else
If a part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term straight away doesn’t mean we give up the right to enforce it later. Together with the privacy policy and any written agreement for a paid plan, these terms are the whole agreement about the service. Questions: contact us.
